As Commodity Consultants we have extensive experience in both hard and soft commodities as well as their associated derivatives. Our risk benefit analysis, and research helps clients insure safe investments, that will appreciate over time, furthermore we have substantial experience with the regulatory bodies, and policies in both the US, and the EU, further safeguarding client investments. Our Finance team, headed by George Lula, is able to use sift through the varying financial documents, and accounting styles to insure the integrity of your investment, and that you are delivered a safe reliable product. Currently our firm has been doing considerable research in to the future markets of hard commodities. 

Real estate Development and construction

We have substantial experience in commercial and multi-family real estate and strategic planning. In this we specialize in included: targeting the product to the market opportunity; site acquisition; permits and approvals; design, construction, finance, and sales; and debt and equity relationships. Lately we have been involved with developing marketing strategies for rolling out innovative design/build products for large scale multi-family housing. Our consultants have developed and implemented strategies to enhance the sales and leasing of the company’s inventory of properties and led or participated in over $100 million of project and equity financing.  As well as having also renegotiated the terms of much of this financing when the real estate market in New England soured.
